It is very difficult to keep the mind focused on one thing. This is the nature of mind and it makes it supremely difficult to get something going mentally in a big way. We all know that concentrated light is more powerful than diffused light. This is what lasers are all about. So with the mind.A focused mind is more powerful than a diffused mind. This is something that I would like to do, find a way to focus my mind.
